Arrangements for a GP Visit

If a visit is necessary please call 01326 372502 and make arrangements with your
Doctor’s receptionist at PENRYN. Please do not call the Mawnan number

For Repeat Prescriptions

1. Post your request slip to the Mawnan Surgery, Goldmartin Square, TR11 5EP

2. Drop it in at Mawnan Surgery

3. Telephone Mawnan Surgery on 01326 250861 - Tuesday and Thursday mornings ONLY

4. Telephone Penryn Surgery on 01326 372502 - Monday - Friday 10.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.

To order your repeat medication, please use your Prescription Repeat Card and tick the box to the left of the item you need. If you do telephone you may be asked to confirm your request by spelling the name of the medication.

If you ring Penryn and require collection at Mawnan – please advise the receptionist at the time of your call

Please allow at least 48 hours between making your request and collecting your goods. Ideally Prescription Repeat requests need to be received at Mawnan before 11:00 a.m.
to meet the 48 hour collection time
