you to Trevarn, situated on the scenic route to Falmouth,
and almost opposite Carwinion Gardens.
It is in a quiet location, with
wonderful views down to Mawnan Smith village and Maenporth,
as far as the Roseland Peninsula and beyond, towards the Eden Project and
Heligan Gardens (less than an hour by car).
Trevarn is well situated
for walking the coastal path, with the Helford River
just down the road at Carwinion, and the Coastal path ten minutes' walk
away at
Nansidwell beach.
We are 400yards from
Mawnan Smith, where there are shops,
post office, a pub and a restaurant.

Mawnan
Smith is a pretty village, close to the beautiful sailing waters of the
Helford River, and a short distance from Falmouth, with its sandy beaches
and popular Maritime Museum.
The village itself hosts a lovely thatched pub which serves excellent food
and we also have a wonderful Italian Restaurant. The sub-tropical gardens
of Glendurgan and Trebah are on the outskirts of the village, together with
wonderful walks along the coastal footpath.
The towns of Truro, Penzance and St. Ives are approximately 12 (Truro) and
20 miles distant, with Land's End about 25 miles.

a double bedroom on the ground floor with a spacious en-suite shower room.
There is independent access to the garden and parking area, so that guests
can come and go as they please.
We also offer a wide breakfast menu and will endeavour to cater for special
dietary requirements
if we possibly can.

The Gardeners Cottage

The house is comfortable in the slightly faded manner of any home inhabited by many generations of the same family: portraits, objects d'art and collections of oddities are all there to be enjoyed. Large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms have wonderful views and every comfort. Breakfast is a meal to be reckoned with a choice of all traditional English fare, with ad lib toast, tea and coffee.
